In this webinar, we’re excited to showcase Andrew+, an advanced pipetting robot, and OneLab, a workflow design execution software.
Both are game-changers in pharmaceutical workflows that utilize automation to streamline everything from drug discovery to quality control, including complex workflows such as released glycan analysis, peptide mapping, and amino acid analysis.
In this episode, you will:
- Hear directly from one of our Andrew+ users in the biotech industry, who kindly agreed to make a short video interview about their experience with Andrew+ and OneLab for oligonucleotide analysis.
- Take a tour of the user-friendly OneLab Software, showing how Andrew+ can be intuitively guided to carry out complex tasks, reducing manual labour and minimizing errors.
For example, Andrew+ and OneLab can automate sample preparation protocols for therapeutic oligonucleotide (ONT) bioanalysis that can be challenging, requiring extensive method development. Some workflows, like liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) can be difficult to automate, while others may use detergent-based reagents, requiring extensive washing and sample preparation to make it LC-MS compatible.
We’ll also talk about data management capabilities, highlighting how OneLab ensures data integrity and helps meet regulatory standards.

Loïc Roux, PhD, Founder/CTO of OligoTune Ltd, is an accomplished large molecule scientist with a focus on nucleotide therapeutic approaches. He has worked across the globe in both healthcare and private medicine, where most recently he has partnered in the UK with Waters to set up private and public laboratories using our equipment and automation.
Presenter: Philip Quinn (Senior Applications Specialist Chemistry Europe, Waters Corporation)
Phil started his career at Waters in 2018 as an Application Support Specialist in the Chemistry Consumables group for the UK. In his current role he is responsible for commercial pre and post-sale support for Chemistry Consumables and Automation across Europe. Prior to joining Waters, Phil worked at large Pharma organisations over 10+ years and gained extensive experience in Analytical Development and QC environments, including the Development, Optimisation, Validation and Transfer of LC methodologies.
Presenter: Jasper Eaton (Senior Product Marketing Manager, Waters Corporation)
Jasper has a Bachelor’s degree in General Biology and obtained a Masters Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Grenoble-Alpes. He was previously the EU Sales Manager at Andrew Alliance since 2017, and is now a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Waters Corporation. His experience has made him well versed in the challenges faced by customers looking to automate their lab workflows.
