Dr. Rosenberger, and EMBO postdoctoral fellow, will give an educational viewpoint of experimental design ad execution, discussing his results and data analysis in mice.

Caroline Weiss, a PhD student, will discuss transferring automating the developed pipeline for human sample and focus on applications in the clinical context. Dr. Rosenberger and Caroline Weiss work in the laboratory of Matthias Mann at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried, Germany.
