Agilent Technologies: From A to K: How to Perform Successful Vitamins Analysis of Health Supplements, Infant Formulas, Foods and Feeds

This webinar provides a review of the analytical techniques used for detecting vitamins in foods and feeds including health supplements and infant formula. We discuss the challenges with developing multi-vitamin methods and discuss the use of SFC-MS to overcome these challenges.

This webinar covers the full workflow including sample preparation, instrument detection and data processing. This webinar is for laboratories moving into this analytical field but will also provide more advanced users with additional information about the latest technologies and solutions from Agilent.

Presenter: Dr. Marcus Chada (Application Specialist, Agilent Technologies, UK)

Marcus has worked for Agilent for more than four years as a LC-MS Field Application Specialist. His role involves collaborating with Environmental and Food customers, developing new methods and workflows using LC-QQQ and LC-QTOF instruments. He also works with Agilent’s sales team providing technical advice and conducting customer demonstrations.

Previously Marcus was as a Laboratory Manager for a CRO, heading their LC-MS department. He has a Ph.D. in Analytical Biochemistry where he used LC-MS and 2D-NMR to characterise novel macromolecules
