Agilent Technologies: Watertight Analytical Workflows to Meet EU Directive 2020-2184

The (EU) 2020/2184 directive has highlighted panels of Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) that pose high risk to the population if present in drinking  water above regulated levels. Furthermore, these EDCs are often biologically active even at trace levels, making their ultra-sensitive detection in drinking water a fundamental requirement.

This webinar will delve into the advanced analytical techniques used for the identification and quantification of EDCs, with a focus on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) to monitor and maintain a safe drinking water supply.

Presenter:  Susanne Sölter (Field Application Specialist LC/MS, Agilent Technologies)

Susanne has a doctorate degree in organic chemistry from the University of Hamburg and has over 20 years’ experience in the application and implementation of LC/MS methods. In her current position as a Field Application Specialist, Susanne develops new methods and provides technical application customer support, with a specialized focus on food and environmental food applications.
