Presenter: Kenneth D. Berthelette (Senior Scientist, Chemistry Research and Development, Waters Corporation)
Ken earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Professional Chemistry from Bridgewater State University, Bridgewater Massachusetts, in 2010. He has been with Waters Corporation since March 2012 and has worked on several product launches including CORTECS columns, UPC2 Torus and Trefoil columns, and the Atlantis Premier BEH Z-HILIC column. He changed job functions in 2021 and now supports Chemistry Aftermarket initiatives like Indomitable. His focus on applications and customer education have led to several seminars and webinars on topics including method development, method modernization and transfer, and HILIC separation techniques.

Maggie Christian holds a BS in Analytical Chemistry from Colorado State University and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she excels at providing solutions that drive her customers' success. Maggie's career at Waters began as an instrument sales representative, eventually transitioning into a business development role. Her strategic thinking and passion for innovation were key in forging partnerships across diverse industries. After moving into the Senior Chemistry Account Manager position, she further expanded her expertise to better support her customers' needs. Maggie continues to leverage her in-depth knowledge to raise awareness of the latest techniques and provide ongoing support to her clients.
