The Problem

When working with lipid nanoparticles, knowing which candidates are your best bets is key, so getting insights on your RNA yield and encapsulation efficiency are crucial to make sure you know which formulations and processes are the real lookers. The only catch is most methods are fluorescent dye-based assays, that need multiple sets of calibration curves, painful pipetting, and take up tons of your time.
