Current manual buffer exchange techniques sacrifice nucleic acid, protein, AAV, and LNP sample recovery for convenience and don’t scale well to your sample volumes and capacity.

Automating buffer exchange solves scale-up issues while saving tons of time and serving up high sample recovery. We've developed two flavors of automated buffer exchange to handle a wide range of capacity and throughput needs. Unagi is the first completely hands-free, benchtop buffer exchange solution that’s perfect for the everyday handful of samples that need to be quickly buffer exchanged or concentrated up - Unagi can handle up to 8 samples of 0.5 – 8 mL at a time. Big Tuna is a high-throughput automated buffer exchange platform that can exchange and concentrate up to 96 different samples and buffers on volumes from 100 μL - 8 mL.
