Presenter: Phil Borman, Ph.D. (Sr Director, Pharma R&D, GSK)

Dr. Phil J. Borman is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry with over 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds Masters degrees in both Chemistry and Statistics and a Doctorate of Sciences. As Senior Director at GSK, he leads the Quality by Design and Digital Platforms Group supporting small molecules, oligonucleotides, biopharmaceuticals, and vaccines CMC development. A pioneer in adapting QbD principles to analytical procedures, Phil has widely published in Analytical Chemistry. He has also served as Vice-Chair of the USP Measurement and Data Quality Expert Committee and Chair of the Joint Sub-Committee that developed general chapter <1221>.

Presenter: Trish Meek (Sr Director, Connected Science, Waters Corporation)

Trish Meek is a Sr. Director and Portfolio Owner in the Informatics Business Segment at Waters Corporation. In her current role, she leads the product management, development, cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure for Waters next generation cloud applications. Trish has over 25 years of experience in the laboratory informatics industry.

Isabelle is a business development professional dedicated to delivering benefits to analytical scientists in the life sciences industry. With over 20 years of experience in providing chromatography and mass spectrometry solutions, Isabelle is particularly interested in helping pharmaceutical scientists achieve the data quality and integrity needed to drive decisions for drug quality, safety and efficacy. Isabelle joined Waters in 2009 and currently manages the development of the pharmaceutical market in the Americas. She holds Masters’ degrees in Chemistry from Columbia University and the University Claude Bernard in Lyon, France as well as a Chemical Engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Physique Electronique in Lyon, France.
