Agilent Technologies: Next-Generation Tools for CAR-T and T Cell Therapy Research: Robust Imaging and Microplate-Based Analysis of Immune Cell Activation, Proliferation, and Induced Cytotoxicity

As CAR-T and T cell therapies reshape the future of cancer treatment, researchers need advanced tools to evaluate immune cell function with precision, scalability, and speed. This webinar brings together the latest innovations in high-throughput imaging and microplate-based detection to assess CAR-T cytotoxicity, T cell activation, and proliferation—across both 2D and 3D models.

Key highlights include:
  • Robust imaging assay for measuring immune cell killing of cancer cell targets
  • Optimization strategies for both suspension and adherent cancer cell models
  • Brightfield-based quantification of T cell clustering to reveal detailed kinetics of immune cell activation
  • Microplate-based luminescence and ELISA assays to monitor proliferation and cytokine secretion
  • Streamlined 3D imaging assays to evaluate CAR-T infiltration and cytotoxicity in matrix-embedded tumor models
  • Automated multi-plate workflow solutions for high-throughput applications that deliver reproducible results

Whether you're optimizing CAR-T constructs, evaluating immune cell function, or scaling up assays for translational research, this webinar will provide actionable insights and proven methodologies to accelerate your work.
