Integration of Automated Sampling with LC-MS as a PAT Tool for USP Glycosylation Monitoring and Control

In this webinar, you will learn:
- Current limitations in conventional sampling and analytical methods
- The role of automated sampling in enhancing process control
- How digital technologies and PAT are integrated to drive bioprocess innovation
- About case studies for on-line glycosylation monitoring
Detailed description:
This webinar explores how automation strategies and control schemes facilitate rapid analytical results, crucial for managing glycosylation variability that affects product quality. The MAST® Autosampling Solution and Agilent 2D-LC/TOF MS was used to enable glycosylation monitoring during perfusion cell culture. A digital lab infrastructure and cloud-based orchestration layer managed communication and control between the units, allowing easy modification of parameters like target galactosylation and sampling frequency. Over a 35-day culture process, targeted galactosylation setpoints were maintained within a ± 2% deadband, ensuring efficient data collection and timely insights.
