The Problem

Getting your lab set up for nanoparticle or LNP synthesis can be a daunting task. Every step - from making the particles, to measuring size, to quantifying concentration and encapsulation efficiency (EE%)  - can involve adding a lot of new kit to your lab, and getting to grips with each step of the process. Oftentimes, each piece of equipment has a steep learning curve, and each tool only gives you one of the solutions you need.

The Solution

In a perfect world, equipment needs to be easy to run, and cover as many bases as possible to keep your workflow simple. Sunshine Single and Stunner AF are here to do just that, taking you from 0 to 100 faster than ever before. Designed for entry-level, single sample nanoparticle synthesis, Sunshine Single is simple to learn, quick to run, and carries the flexibility to adapt or expand as requirements grow. Stunner AF then gives you the skinny on your particle properties, with sizing, quant and EE% in a single automated run – making Sunshine and Stunner AF the perfect power pairing.

The Proof

In this webinar, you’ll learn about the key elements of the nanoparticle R&D workflow, and how Sunshine Single and Stunner AF can get your nanoparticle prep and characterization up and running in no-time.

Presenter: Ben Knappett, PhD (Product Manager, The Sunny Suite·Unchained Labs)

Ben Knappett is Product Manager for the Sunny Suite, Unchained Labs’ automated microfluidic nanoparticle synthesis instruments, used primarily for LNP encapsulation in drug delivery, vaccines, and gene therapy applications. Ben received his MChem degree from Durham University, and completed a PhD in nanoparticle synthesis and characterization at the University of Cambridge. Ben previously worked for Particle Works as Head of Science and Applications, playing a key role in the development and commercialization of the instruments that now make up the Sunny Suite.
