Anson Lewis, Global Sales Manager at Tosoh Bioscience, will present the next edition of Tosoh Tuesday, a webinar series held by Chromatography Experts.

On Tuesday September 9, Corey Meadows, PhD, Commercial Product Manager at Tosoh Bioscience, explores how size exclusion chromatography (SEC) is typically implemented as a front-line analytical tool within the biopharmaceutical industry.  Attributes of molecular size, aggregation, recovery, and purity are universally measured among various therapeutic modes, including monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, proteins, oligonucleotides, and gene therapy vehicles like lipid nanoparticles and AAVs.

This presentation will discuss select aspects: method optimization, column selection, and detection strategies tailored for a variety of biopharma platforms.  Attendees will gain insights regarding the nuances dictating how molecular structure, column selection, mobile phase composition, and detection modes can shape size-based separations.

After the webinar, ask your questions during the live Q&A session.
