Glioblastoma is an aggressive form of brain cancer with little therapeutic options available and of particular interest in disease progression is the activation of specific proteins via phosphorylation by protein kinases. Trialling of new therapies therefore may wish to profile these pathways. The Xevo™ MRT MS with <1ppm mass accuracy coupled with the selectivity of multiple reaction monitoring (ToF-MRM) and the standardised and reproducible chromatography provided by the Evosep system, allows for accurate and quantitative characterization of PTMs surrounding the identified peptide markers.

The Evosep Eno is designed for robustness, standardization, and ease-of-use, offering significant enhancements in chromatographic performance. In this presentation, we highlight the advantages of incorporating the system into both shotgun and targeted proteomics workflows. When combined with fully automated sample preparation, the Evosep Eno enables deep proteome profiling at high throughput – up to 500 samples per day – without compromising quantitative precision or biological information. In targeted applications, the Evosep Eno demonstrates high sensitivity, detecting analytes at low amol levels with a linear dynamic range spanning 4 to 5 orders of magnitude. Furthermore, when paired with fully automated plasma sample processing, it enables accurate and precise, large-scale quantification of plasma targets.
