Presenter: André Kiesewetter (Senior Applications Engineer)

André Kiesewetter is a Senior Applications Engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the Downstream Applications Chromatography R&D within the Merck KGaA Darmstadt, Germany. In this role, helps biopharmaceutical companies optimize, implement, and scale downstream technologies with a focus on developing best practices for the chromatographic purification of biomolecules. He has extensive expertise in bioprocessing operations and bioseparation technologies. André graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Jena, Germany with a degree in biotechnology engineering. 

Presenter: Oliver Prince (Sr. Modality Expert for pDNA/mRNA, Process Solutions)

Oliver Prince, Ph.D., is the Senior Modality Expert for pDNA/mRNA manufacturing within Process Solutions at Merck KGaA Darmstadt, Germany. With over a decade of experience as a scientist, he has also held roles in strategy and marketing servicing the Life Science Community. In his current role, Oliver fosters innovation and growth through people engagement, identifying unmet needs, and monitoring trends in the pDNA/mRNA segment.
