The future of Agilent LC/MS quadrupole instruments promises further innovation, including AI-driven data analysis, miniaturization, and increased sustainability, ensuring continued impact on scientific research and industry.

Presenter: Shane Tichy, Ph.D. (Associate Vice President of Research and Development, Agilent)

Dr. Shane Tichy is the Associate Vice President of LC/MS Instrumentation at Agilent Technologies. He earned his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University, under the mentorship of Prof. Hilkka I. Kenttämaa. Dr. Tichy has spearheaded the development teams responsible for Agilent's launch of several award-winning single and triple quadrupole mass spectrometers. He is particularly proud of his work on the Ultivo Triple Quadrupole LC/MS mass spectrometer, which was recognized as one of the top 15 innovations by The Analytical Scientist.
