SciY: Enhancing High-Throughput LCMS Workflows from Mass Peak Tracking to AI/ML Integration with Chrom RO

Join our upcoming webinar to discover how advanced solutions are transforming Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) workflows—especially in high-throughput experimentation (HTE)—by eliminating inefficiencies and enabling seamless AI/ML integration. This session will showcase how automation in data processing, centralization and standardization of outputs can unlock new levels of analytical.

Agenda
  • Introduction to modern LC-MS workflows and their role in high-throughput experimentation.
  • Key challenges in HTE and how advanced solutions address them.
  • Live Q&A – Get your questions answered by the expert from a major pharmaceutical company.
Key Learning Points
  • Learn how automation in mass spectrometry peak tracking and UV peak integration ensures precision, even in the absence of compound markers or consistent retention times.
  • Explore how customizable scripting supports advanced data visualization, calculation, and reporting.
  • Understand how centralized raw data access empowers collaboration and deeper analysis.
  • See how standardized data outputs facilitate AI/ML integration and elevate analytical capabilities.
  • Discover how these solutions boost efficiency and insight across complex HTE workflows.

Presenter: Raymond Lieu (Analytical Chemist (Genentech))
