Increased Confidence for Proteomics Data Analysis Using Thermo Scientific Proteome Discoverer Software 2.5

New features include INFERYS re-scoring, a deep learning-based MS/MS prediction for improved confidence in peptide identifications, and improvements in TMT quantification, PTM analysis, biological annotation, cross-linked peptide ID using XlinkX, and top down quantitative proteomics using ProSightPD. After a survey of the new features, the presentation will focus on the use of INFERYS re-scoring to significantly improve analysis of immunopeptidomic data.

Presenter: Bernard Delanghe (Proteomics Marketing Manager, Life Science Mass Spectrometry, Thermo Fisher Scientific)

Bernard Delanghe is currently the Product Marketing Manager Omics Software at Thermo Fisher Scientific. His primary role is the bioinformatics market development, including managing strategic collaborations to develop new algorithms as well as complete workflows.
