Neil has worked for Waters Corporation since 1994 and has held a variety of positions including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Trainer, Manager Customer Education and currently, Principal Marketing Manager focusing on Informatics solutions. He provides internal support for Empower Chromatography Data System and is focused on developing laboratory software solutions that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives. Prior to joining Waters, he was an analytical chemist where he gained experience in both the cosmetics and specialty chemical industries.

Presenter: Jason Loftus (Senior Informatics Sales Development Specialist, Waters Corporation)
After getting his BS in Chemistry, Jason worked as a QC Chemist for a consumer products company in Massachusetts. In 1998, he joined Waters as a Field Service Engineer based in Boston, MA. In 2001, he left Waters to join a biopharma company in Colorado, but returned to Waters in 2004 as a Field Service Engineer covering the southwestern US. In 2010, he became the Service Manager for the Mountain Region covering most of the western US. In 2016, he joined the Informatics Sales Development team and currently covers the western US, western Canada, and the southeastern US.
