Cindy earned her PhD from the University of Georgia, where she discovered her passion for mass spectrometry. With over 13 years at SCIEX, Cindy brings extensive experience in small molecule and oligo analysis. She began in the Applications group, then spent several years in Software and Applications Support, helping customers resolve issues and maximize their systems.
About three years ago, Cindy became a Software Technical Specialist, focusing on guiding internal and external customers in selecting the right products, supporting migrations to SCIEX OS platforms, and serving as a trusted resource for technical software questions.
