With more than 20 years of experience in the field of ion chromatography, Yukiko Kawahara currently services as Senior Product Applications Specialist. In this role, Yuki is responsible for establishing optimal utilization of the products for various industries’ applications and solving analytical challenges customers face.

Drawing upon his extensive background as a researcher, technical support specialist, application scientist, and marketing manager, Carl Fisher is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of intuitive and reliable IC and sample preparation solutions to analytical laboratories.

Presenter: Brendan Nghiem, Product Support Specialist, Thermo Fisher Scientific

Brendan Nghiem has over 7 years of experience in Ion Chromatography. He spent 2.5 years as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) installing, maintaining, and repairing IC instruments. Currently, Brendan is a member of the Product Support Engineering team supporting FSEs by providing instrument training, writing technical documents, and delivering advanced troubleshooting.
