Virtual Thermo Scientific Proteome Discoverer Software Workshop designed to update users of this software on the newly added features in Proteome Discoverer (PD) 3.2 version.

SESSION 2/3

In this session, we will explain how quantitation is performed in PD, demonstrate a study setup for different quantitation approaches and conclude by introducing Thermo Scientific TMTpro 32/35 plex lable reagent.

Participation with the most recent PD 3.2 version (demo license sufficient) is recommended. Demo access to CHIMERYS™ cloud service can also be obtained.
