After training in electronics, Dan worked in the calibration of electronic test equipment before becoming a chromatography service engineer, gaining experience with a wide range of gas and liquid chromatography instrumentation. After joining Dionex in 2009, he studied chemistry alongside his day job in the service team, receiving his degree from the Open University. He joined the applications team in 2015 where he supports ion chromatography and sample preparation customers in the UK and Ireland.
