Wai-Chi has specialized in ion chromatography since 1989 and has been with Thermo Fisher Scientific since 2011, supporting a wide range of customers across multiple industries. She providesexpertisein ion chromatography (IC), including method development, troubleshooting, sample preparation, training, andseminar, event, and workshop delivery.
Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive knowledge and experience in IC-MS, IC-ICP-MS, carbohydrate analysis, metabolomics, and polar pesticide analysis.
Beforejoining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Wai-Chi worked atWellcomein research and later at GlaxoSmithKline, where she was involved in drug discovery and developmentthrough tomanufacturing.
She is passionate about promoting STEM to the next generation of scientists and is committed to encouraging, nurturing, and supporting future talent in science.
