From high-throughput extraction and anti-clogging strategies to up-concentration and LC-MS/MS analysis.

PFAS analysis in aqueous matrices requires robust sample preparation, reliable clean-up, and consistent recoveries - especially as ultra-short-chain PFAS such as TFA are gaining increasing regulatory attention.

In this Velaris webinar, experts from PromoChrom and LCTech will present automated SPE-based workflows for PFAS analysis in drinking water, environmental water, wastewater, and other aqueous matrices compliance with methods such as EPA 533, EPA 537.1, EPA 1633, and EU Method 17892.

The session will cover fully automated SPE with the PromoChrom SPE-03 platform, anti-clogging solutions for challenging samples, optimized PFAS SPE cartridges, and Velaris solutions for the extraction of ultra-short-chain PFAS.

The webinar will also introduce the D-EVA vacuum concentrator for unattended sample concentration and show how automated sample preparation can support high throughput, reproducibility, low background levels.
