BioPharma Finder software for characterization of protein and oligonucleotide based biotherapeutics
Thermo Scientific: Virtual Software Workshops
In this workshop learn about exciting developments in BioPharma Finder software including new features for characterization of oligonucleotides, enabling scientists to perform key workflows including impurity analysis and metabolism studies.
- An overview of the protein characterization workflows will be provided including intact mass analysis and peptide mapping.
- Highlights of the recently added oligonucleotide characterization workflows will be provided as well.
This workshop will be idea for people new to the software or someone who would like to have a high-level overview of the capabilities of the software. Two other workshops are scheduled to provide a deeper drive into the software features for the different modalities. Session attendees will have the opportunity to request an additional follow-up with one of our experts for assistance with the software tailored to your projects.
Presenter: Jennifer Sutton, PhD (Software Product Manager, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, Thermo Fisher Scientific)
Dr. Jennifer Sutton is the BioPharma Software Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Her current product focus is BioPharma Finder software, a mass information platform for biopharmaceutical characterization. Prior software products she managed have included PepFinder, first generation of BioPharma Finder for peptide mapping and SIEVE, label free differential software. Jennifer is completing her 16th year at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she started her career as the lead scientist at the BRIMS (Biomarkers Research Initiatives in Mass Spectrometry) center. Jennifer received her PhD at the University of Virginia where she was introduced to mass spectrometry while in the Donald Hunt laboratory.
Presenter: Keeley Murphy (Software Product Manager, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, Thermo Fisher Scientific)
