GlycanExplorer – A software solution for high throughput bio-therapeutic glycan characterization
Accurate identification of the glycans is challenging because of the complexity and the heterogeneity. The identification workflow also varies based-on the type of glycoprotein molecules, whether a pre-characterized one or a novel one. The abundance of one particular glycan in different samples may have a very important biological message. GlycanExplorer software by PREMIER Biosoft does it all.
In this presentation, we will discuss how the software detects the peaks from your raw data, identify the probable glycans with the help of different search workflows, and present the results in a way that helps making a biological conclusion.

Mr. Rupanjan Goswami is working in the field of analytical glycomics since 2013. He completed his graduation in Biochemistry from Guwahati University, India. He completed his Masters in Biotechnology from Berhampur University, India and joined PREMIER Biosoft in 2011. He started working in the field of Mass Spectrometry based glycomics analysis from 2013. He assisted many pharmaceutical giants such as Merck, Janssen with their glycan analysis requirements, and also represented PREMIER Biosoft in various global events on Mass Spectrometry such as ASMS (American Society of Mass Spectrometry), APA (Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis) India, etc.
