A panel of DVL3 mutants demonstrated a switch-like behavior at the molecular level when a charge threshold was reached. Charge accumulation proximal to DEP proved to be a key functional event required, but not sufficient, for Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Proximity interactomics revealed FZD receptors as the prominent effectors of the DVL phospho-switch function consistent with the molecular competition at the DEP interface. By integrating findings at different levels, we propose a universal mechanism, in which Wnt-induced DVL conformational phospho-switch attenuates coresidence with FZDs as a means for downstream signaling events.

Pairwise analysis of sequences in the 4-MUP and diFMUP data sets revealed four mutations that modulate Aurora specificity. The effects of these mutations were confirmed using biochemical assays and could be predicted using models developed by machine learning. Taken together, our results show how single-step selections can be used to identify mutations that change the specificity of a deoxyribozyme. They also highlight how machine learning can be used to model complex data sets from in vitro selection experiments.</div></div>

An automatic on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) and pre-concentration unit with a 10-port selection valve processes up to 7 samples through 7 SPE cartridges. After washing, the eluted components are directed into an HPLC system via a sample valve.

Watrex xTrovert XT is an automatic DNA/RNA extractor. It streamlines the extraction process, making it more efficient and reproducible.

Automatic extractor utilises a simple principle of two pipetting heads serving a 96-well plate.Thanks to easy replacement head options of pipetting with 300 μl tips or 1000 μl tips are available. Automatic optical sensor calibration enables the use of pipetting tips and 96-well plates from virtually any supplier. FLEX-O robotic system enabling automation sample preparation on solid phase using 96-titre plates. Although there are solutions for automatic SPE on classic column formats, robotic system for automation in 96-well SPE plates is not currently on the market.In addition to the 8-channel pipetting head, the robot is equipped with a gripper and a filling dispenser, which applies wash solutions to the SPE positions on the plate. Instead of filtering using classic vacuum pump, which is used for manual SPE on columns or 96plates, the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://watrex.com/obchod/laboratory-automation/xtrovert-flex-o/?utm_source=labrulez&amp;utm_medium=propagace&amp;utm_campaign=labrulez_produkty">xTrovert FLEX-O</a> system uses the so-called positive pressure technology when it is the reagent is pushed through the SPE membrane with a multi-channel pressure attachment.
