<h3>LABORATORY TECHNICIAN FOR QC CHROMATOGRAPHY</h3>
<h4>Our Quality Control Department</h4>
Our Quality Control (QC) department at site Hillerød consists of approximately 240 employees divided into different support teams and five testing teams. <h4>About The Team</h4>
The QC Chromatography team is currently consisting of 13 dedicated employees - 8 analysts, 3 scientists, 1 laboratory trainee, 1 student helper and 1 manager, and we all enjoy working within the field of Liquid Chromatography (HPLCs and UPLCs). We support the biologic Drug Substance production as well as release testing of commercial products (DS/DP) for our clients together with stability testing, just as we take part method transfer, validation, and qualification for new customers. We also perform qualification of controls and reference standards, handle deviations, CAPAs, invalid assays, OOS/ OOT, change Controls and much more. All this is part of our daily activities in respect of getting the commercial products out to the patients.
<h4>About The Position</h4>
When working at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark you will, besides from the tasks listed below, onboard new customers and products to the site, build a network across QC and FDBD, support our site expansion project, and assist in finding new and innovative ways of working smarter in a complex everyday life.
<h4>Your Primary Tasks Will Be But Not Limited To</h4>
<ul>
<li>Analytical laboratory testing of IP, DS and DP samples together with raw materials according to cGMP. This will include STOP-GO samples .o support production. The main platform is HPLC/UPLC and we perform various analyses like RP-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, peptid map etc. where we, among other things, test purity/impurity, protein concentration and oxidation on different medicines.

<li>A great opportunity to become familiar or expand your knowledge on HPLC/UPLC, to maintain the equipment and take part of troubleshooting when needed.
</li>
<li>Documentation and analytical review of test results in Empower and our Labware LIMS system.
</li>
<li>Take part of tech transfer of new methods to FDBD in collaboration with our Analytical Development team.
</li>
<li>General laboratory support in a cGMP laboratory incl. support during audits, SOP updates, maintenance of analytical instruments etc.
</li>
<li>Delivering on the tasks to secure a safe and healthy working environment.
</li>
</ul>
<h4>Professional And Personal Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>The ideal candidate is educated as analyst and has solid experience (+5 years) with HPLC/UPLCs and chromatographic methods from a QC lab. 
</li>
<li>Experience with cGMP, Labware LIMS and Empower is an advantage. You should also be fluent in English both written and spoken.
</li>

<h3>FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER</h3>
As Field Service Engineer, you are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters’ products and services. The candidate will demonstrates a clear grasp of understanding the customers’ business and its growth plans and is able to take that knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing “customer success”. This position brings a great degree of flexibility working in the field. The role will be designated to either a territory and/or markets. 
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support Waters&#39; product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)
</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success
</li>
<li>Manage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providing follow up plan if needed
</li>
<li>Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed
</li>
<li>Deliver system level training at customer sites
</li>
<li>Manage service inventory according to Waters policies
</li>
<li>Issue field service reports daily to document work performed
</li>
<li>Maintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers&#39; application demands
</li>
<li>Work with Sales team in respect to identifying future business development opportunities and needs for service contract sales

<li>Ensure that quality system procedures and Health &amp; Safety standards are adhered to at all times

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
Education:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors/Masters Degree in Chemistry or Biology, engineering or other science related field is desired, will also consider applications with equivalent experience, training and education</li>

<h4>Experience:</h4>

<li>3 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of scientific instrumentation, preference for previous Waters product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics)

<li>Ability to perform effective system level troubleshooting

<li>Understanding of the scientific application workflow along with the scientific software systems (CDS, SDMS, LIM, ELN)
