Features

ECOM ECS23PC Quaternary Preparative Gradient System with Fraction Collector

A highly effective preparative system containing a UV-VIS DAD detector, a preparative pump, a gradient box with PC, and a fraction collector. The detector allows measuring at four wavelengths at the same time or an informative scan.

Communication is through RS232 or Ethernet (LAN). An additional PC A/D converter card is not required for this system. The system contains a manual injector and ECOMAC software which include drivers for all ECOM units.

It is necessary to purchase an OS for the system - in most cases, we recommend OEM Windows OS (P/N: ABB90000) or Linux (on request).
It is also possible to purchase a wireless mouse and keyboard set (P/N: EPC-0028) and a computer monitor (P/N: EPC-0027).

Main parts

TOY18DAD H 600 DETECTOR

A UV-VIS diode array detector, which allows measuring the absorbance of four wavelengths in the range of 200 – 600 nm simultaneously in one cell just as visualization of whole spectra. It is possible to use the detector in flash and preparative applications. Standardly is assembled preparative cell PLCC 15 but other cells are available.

ECP2300 PREPARATIVE PUMP

This isocratic pump works with Gradient Box ECB2007PC as a quaternary gradient pump. The flow rate range is 0.1-300 ml/min and the pressure limit at 15 MPa. Unit software includes a new learning algorithm for pulsation suppression and many testing and diagnostic functions.

ECB2005PC GRADIENT BOX WITH PC, WITHOUT DEGASSER

The box is suited for handling liquids in ECOM gradient systems. It accommodates a container for solvent bottles and a four-way gradient valve. A four-way gradient valve is controlled from the pump ECP2300. In this box is assembled an industrial PC board. This solution allows the installation of OS (Windows or Linux) and chromatography SW ECOMAC or Clarity

ECF2096 FRACTION COLLECTOR

Fractions are collected according to a chosen method which can be created manually by keyboard, just as using ECOMAC software. Analog input allows collecting based on detector signal. Racks for 9, 21, and 40 ml tubes.

ECOMAC CHROMATOGRAPHY SOFTWARE

This system is fully controlled by ECOMAC software, which is also a part of delivery. It allows all units control, gradient creation, and fraction collecting.
