Organomation ROT-X-TRACT-LC Extraction System

The ROT-X-TRACT-LC system is designed to support up to eight (8) Corning Accelerated One-Step extraction apparatuses, providing an efficient solution for high-throughput liquid-liquid extraction workflows. The Corning Accelerated One-Step extractor integrates extraction and concentration into a single continuous process, helping laboratories streamline sample preparation while reducing manual handling steps.

To maintain compatibility with standard laboratory fume hoods, the system utilizes a modified Friedrichs condenser with a reduced overall height. Allihn condensers are also available upon customer request.

The hydrophobic membrane enables continuous circulation of the organic solvent through the 1 L sample bottle until extraction is complete. By integrating a stopcock assembly and a 3-ball Snyder column, the Corning One-Step extractor is capable of both analyte extraction and final solvent evaporation within the same operating cycle.

The system also includes an electronic side control module that allows users to program bath temperatures and timed operating cycles in accordance with specific analytical methodologies.
