Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) separations are becoming more common for a variety of applications. We see HIC being a primary method being used for antibody-drug-conjugate (ADCs) analyses and equally suitable for the analysis of protein modifications.
