Features

Organomation Teflon-Free MULTIVAPs for PFAS Testing

Teflon-free MULTIVAP nitrogen evaporators are designed for high-throughput PFAS sample preparation and concentration. Constructed entirely without PTFE or other fluoropolymers, they help minimize the risk of contamination during evaporation while enabling simultaneous processing of large sample batches.

Available in 64- and 100-position configurations, these systems are suitable for laboratories using EPA Methods 533, 537.1, and 1633. A gas distribution manifold provides uniform nitrogen flow to all samples, while row-specific controls allow unused positions to be switched off to reduce nitrogen consumption.

The evaporators feature a heated water bath with a temperature range of 30–100 °C and customized sample racks designed for specific tube dimensions, ensuring efficient and reproducible solvent evaporation.

For laboratories requiring maximum throughput and consistent PFAS sample preparation, Teflon-free MULTIVAP evaporators provide a reliable and contamination-conscious solution.

  • Capacity: Evaporate batches of up to 64 or 100 samples, with outside diameters of up to 30 mm
  • Precise: Digital controls allow exact temperature regulation
