Cryo-electron microscopy structures of transcription initiation complexes with dinucleoside polyphosphates revealed that both nucleobase moieties can pair with the DNA template. The first encoded nucleotide pairs in a canonical Watson–Crick manner, whereas the second nucleobase pairs noncanonically in a reverse Watson–Crick manner. This allows for simultaneous evaporation of up to three 96 well plates. The triple plate MICROVAP’s solid aluminum heating units provide consistent temperature for uniform evaporation rates throughout all three plates.Each 96-needle manifold is equipped with its own toggle switch to shut down gas flow when all three microplates are not in use to conserve nitrogen gas, saving laboratories money. ARC Solvere Universal HPLC Detector

The Solvere™ is a new LC detector that brings the benefits of the Flame Ionization Detector (FID) to LC. 
Using ARC’s expertise in catalysis and reactor design, a novel method was developed for removing volatile compounds, which allows for the use of both aqueous and organic solvents with the detector.
