The 48 position MULTIVAP nitrogen evaporator is a high temperature dry block model. This instrument contains a rectangular gas distribution system mounted on a frame and dual post assembly.

The 48 position MULTIVAP nitrogen evaporator is a high temperature dry block model. This instrument contains a rectangular gas distribution system mounted on a frame and dual post assembly. The manifold delivers nitrogen gas to the needles or glass pipettes, which direct the gas onto the sample’s surface. This method results in rapid solvent evaporation and sample concentration. In order to conserve nitrogen gas, the manifold has a toggle switch for every row of 6 samples, which allows individual rows to be shut off when evaporating batches of less than 48 samples. Nitrogen gas flow is also controlled by an adjustable flow meter and a built-in pressure regulator.The 48 position MULTIVAP parallel evaporator uses a heated aluminum dry block to reach evaporative temperatures ranging from 30°C to 120°C. An unheated version is available for evaporations that will be performed at ambient temperatures. Sample blocks are customized for the user’s sample size for maximum and even heat transfer. &nbsp;Inserts can be customized for sample vial outside diameters of 10-22 mm.One set of inserts is included with the instrument. Since these inserts and heat blocks are made-to-order, we will request that you deliver us three sample vials for each unique vial size upon placing an order for a 30, 48 or 80 Position MULTIVAP. The RapidVap N₂ nitrogen evaporator enables fast solvent evaporation using a controlled nitrogen stream. It combines dry block heating, vortex motion, and end-point detection for efficient sample concentration.

The RapidVap N₂ Evaporation Systems provide a fast, automated alternative to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://lcms.labrulez.com/products/1904">Kuderna-Danish</a> and rotary evaporators, compatible with a wide range of aggressive chemicals. By directing a controlled stream of nitrogen or dry gas onto the sample surface, these systems reduce the partial pressure above the liquid to accelerate evaporation, with optional vortex motion and dry heat for further speed.&nbsp;The main block accommodates eight large samples up to 450 mL each, and an accessory block supports eight 170 mL tubes for solid phase extraction.&nbsp;The unique Cool-Zone block design slows evaporation after the end point, preventing samples from going completely dry and allowing time for solvent exchange or removal. The RapidVap N₂/48 Nitrogen Evaporation System rapidly concentrates up to 48 samples using nitrogen blowdown, vortex motion, and dry block heating without the need for water baths.

The RapidVap N₂/48 Evaporation System combines nitrogen blowdown, vortex motion, and controlled heat to accelerate evaporation of up to 48 small samples or eight 450 mL samples simultaneously. A stream of nitrogen or dry gas reduces the partial pressure over the liquid, speeding solvent removal, while microprocessor-controlled vortex motion increases surface area and continuously mixes samples for maximum recovery.&nbsp;Nitrogen delivery can be applied to 2, 4, 6, or all 8 clusters of six ports, conserving gas when processing fewer samples.
