ADCs blend the target specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the cytotoxic potency of small-molecule payloads—and characterizing the linker chemistry, drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR), and conjugate stability demands high-resolution LC–MS/MS at every stage from discovery through QC release testing.
