Features

KNAUER Sepapure oliGO 120-3 Column

The KNAUER Sepapure® oliGO 120-3 is a high-performance HPLC/UHPLC column optimized for oligonucleotide analysis in both reversed-phase (RP) and ion-pair reversed-phase (IP-RP) modes.

The column is based on hybrid silica with advanced endcapping and hydrophobic modification, ensuring stable interactions, high reproducibility, and long lifetime, even under demanding conditions.

With 3 µm particles, the column delivers UHPLC performance while maintaining low back pressure, allowing use even on standard HPLC systems.

It is ideal for:

  • identification
  • quantification
  • quality control (QC)
    of oligonucleotides.
