Cryo-electron microscopy structures of transcription initiation complexes with dinucleoside polyphosphates revealed that both nucleobase moieties can pair with the DNA template. The first encoded nucleotide pairs in a canonical Watson–Crick manner, whereas the second nucleobase pairs noncanonically in a reverse Watson–Crick manner. Our work provides a structural explanation of how dinucleoside polyphosphates initiate RNA transcription.</div></div>

We would like to introduce an ECOM product news – a complete flash/preparative/pilot scale/production modular system with an excellent price/performance ratio.<h3>Applications</h3>The system can be used e.g. in:<ul><li>high-capacity systems or with centrifugal liquid/liquid chromatography systems, like in pharmaceutical purification of plant extracts – e.g. cannabinoids (CBD, CBN, CBG, CBC, THC, etc.), peptides, and oligonucleotides, algae extracts, oleoresins, etc.,&nbsp;</li><li>Also in new molecule development or synthesis.</li></ul><h3>Main parts</h3><h4>Pumps</h4><ul><li>The device has 3 pumps, 2 main ones are intended for a "high" pressure gradient (parallel pump connection), and one of them has a 6-solvent selection valve.&nbsp;</li><li>An optional third pump is used for repetitive sampling of high-volume samples. The flow rate range is 0.1-300 ml/min and the pressure limit at 15 MPa. Unit software includes a new learning algorithm for pulsation suppression and many testing and diagnostic functions.<h4>ECB2005PC GRADIENT BOX WITH PC, WITHOUT DEGASSER</h4>The box is suited for handling liquids in ECOM gradient systems. It accommodates a container for solvent bottles and a four-way gradient valve. A four-way gradient valve is controlled from the pump ECP2300. In this box is assembled an industrial PC board. This solution allows the installation of OS (Windows or Linux) and chromatography SW ECOMAC or Clarity.&nbsp;<h4>ECF2096 FRACTION COLLECTOR</h4>Fractions are collected according to a chosen method which can be created manually by keyboard, just as using ECOMAC software. Analog input allows collecting based on detector signal.
