ROT-X-TRACT-LC is a high-throughput liquid-liquid extraction system supporting simultaneous processing of up to eight samples using Corning Accelerated One-Step apparatuses.

The ROT-X-TRACT-LC system is designed to support up to eight (8) Corning Accelerated One-Step extraction apparatuses, providing an efficient solution for high-throughput liquid-liquid extraction workflows. The Corning Accelerated One-Step extractor integrates extraction and concentration into a single continuous process, helping laboratories streamline sample preparation while reducing manual handling steps.To maintain compatibility with standard laboratory fume hoods, the system utilizes a modified Friedrichs condenser with a reduced overall height. Allihn condensers are also available upon customer request.The hydrophobic membrane enables continuous circulation of the organic solvent through the 1 L sample bottle until extraction is complete.
