Features

KNAUER AZURA Autosampler AS 6.1L

The KNAUER AZURA® AS 6.1L is a high-performance autosampler designed for automated sample injection in HPLC/UHPLC systems, offering high capacity, precision, and flexibility for both routine and high-throughput applications.

The autosampler supports:

  • up to 768 sample positions (microtiter plates)
  • up to 108 standard 1.5 mL vials

A highly effective internal and external needle wash system minimizes carryover to extremely low levels. The system is also fast, with a complete injection cycle taking less than one minute, including needle washing.

Three injection modes are supported:

  • full loop filling (highest precision)
  • partial loop filling (variable volumes)
  • µl pickup (loss-free injection of small volumes)

The integrated ILD™ (Intermediate Loop Decompression) valve ensures accurate high-pressure injections without sample dilution and reduces pressure spikes, protecting the column.
